I have been in law practice for over 26 years. I have represented clients, their families, and extended families in many unique cases. I have recovered millions of dollars for those who have suffered. I have achieved results in individual cases at many levels, including over $1,200,000.00 and over 3,600,000.00.
I handle a variety of cases such as car wrecks, slip and falls, negligence- based claims, other personal injury claims, workers’ compensation cases, employment discrimination cases, fraud and breach of contract cases, and others as well.
I am licensed in Mississippi and Pennsylvania and I practice in Mississippi. I know your goal is to heal, and also to obtain the highest compensation for you as you move through the many changes in your life with the highest quality representation.
I know you will suffer during your time healing and don’t want you to be suffering more because you don’t know the status of your case. I will tell you the status of your case at each phase, and answer your questions. Your call will not go unreturned. I will counsel you about your options during your hard times, so you are not in the dark as you reach justice.
Each client’s case is a top priority for myself and my great staff. I believe my job is to be a professional communicator. This involves counseling you on your alternatives within a great working relationship so the process does not cause even more suffering for you.
I attended law school at Mississippi College School of Law from 1995 to 1998 after graduating with a degree in Religion from Kenyon College in Gambier, Ohio in 1995 where I focused on Buddhist studies. I am a Christian and a member of a church in Madison, Mississippi with my wife and two children.
I became licensed in Mississippi (1998) and Pennsylvania (1999).
I returned to Mississippi after practicing in Pennsylvania for five years. I have been in private practice in Mississippi since 2003.
In 2016 I was named one of Mississippi’s leading attorneys while receiving the Leadership in Law award from the Mississippi Business Journal.
I am a member of the Mississippi Association For Justice, the Mississippi Bar, and the Pennsylvania Bar. I am admitted to practice before the United States District Courts for the Northern District of Mississippi and Southern District of Mississippi, as well as the 5th Circuit Court of Appeals. I am also admitted to practice before all State Courts of Mississippi including, but not limited to, before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission, and also before the Mississippi County and Circuit Courts.
Myself and my staff recognize that all people face difficult challenges when other interests work against them. I know that those injured in car wrecks, truck wrecks, or by other acts of negligence suffer extensively as larger interests try so hard not to compensate the injured. I am determined to fight for you.
I have successfully litigated many complex, vigorously defended cases in the Mississippi State Courts, Federal Courts, and before the Mississippi Workers’ Compensation Commission.
